Q ) What are the payment methods?

Q ) What about taxes on orders?
A ) Products purchased on this site are private imports. The consumption tax in Japan is exempted because it is not consumed in Japan. About Delivery
Q ) When will the product be shipped?
A ) we will ship within 2 ~ 5 business days from your order. In some cases, such as out of stock, it will be shipped after products arrival.
Q ) Can I choose a delivery method?
A ) This site uses Japan Post EMS as the delivery method. Delivery by EMS has the following advantages.

Q ) Can I divide my order and deliver it to another address?

Q ) The shipping address was incorrect. Can I fix this?
A ) Please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) and change to the correct address. Please note that if the shipping address is incorrect and returned to this site, the re-delivery fee will be borne by the customer.

If your package has a status of "Submitted to customs for inspection", it has been opened by customs and is undergoing spot checks.
Please note that this inspection will take place without any notice to the shipper or the recipient, and the goods will not be returned after the inspection.
As Dainobu-Plus+ has no control over the customs inspection, we cannot refund any shortage of goods caused by the inspection.

A ) Please contact us for damage during delivery. After confirming the delivery status with the delivery company, we will arrange for re-delivery. Regarding insurance program, please note that the contents of the insurance program differ depending on the delivery method. Please take the photo of outside inside the packages & Broken items.

Policy for shipping to Canada
UV sunscreen, insect repellent, processed meat products, cosmetics containing alcohol, etc. cannot be shipped. Grocery and daily necessities cannot be shipped in excess of 3 months. 「税関検査のため税関へ提出」のステータスがある場合、荷物が税関にて開封され抜き取り検査がおこなわれております。
また、抜き取り検査は発送元、発送先への告知なく行われ、検査後の商品返却はされません。
なお、税関検査についてDainobu-Plus+からコントロールすることができないため、検査のために生じた不足分商品についてご返金等はできません。
Q ) 荷物が破損して届きました。補償はどうなりますか？
A)お客様より現地配達業者へ申請していただく必要があります。
1.荷物受け取り時に外箱にダメージがある場合は、現地配達業者立ち合いのもと開封し、商品にダメージがある場合にはダメージレポート（CN24）の作成を依頼してください。立ち合いで確認できなかった場合は、荷物の外箱、破損状況、内容商品などの全体写真を撮影し現地配達業者へおたずねください。なお、申請時に必要となる場合があるため、段ボール、包装材などを捨てずに保管ください。
2.ダメージレポートを入手されたら、①ダメージレポートの写真、②撮影された写真をメールに添付しDainobu-Plus+までご連絡ください。
3.Dainobu-Plus+より日本郵政へ補償申請の調査請求を実施いたします。
4.日本郵政より配送時の破損と判断された場合、賠償保障制度でによる損害金をご返金いたします。

Q ) 税関で止まっているようです。
A ) ご購入商品は各国、各地域の税関による規制により検査される場合があります。当サイトから税関に対して状況を確認することはできません。
Q ) 購入した商品が課税されました。

カナダへの発送について
UV日焼け止め・虫よけ・畜肉加工品・アルコールが含まれる化粧品などは発送できません。 食料品・日用品は３か月分の量を超える発送には対応できません。 ご注文確定後に発送ができない商品や数量があった場合には、ご連絡させていただき調整させていただくことがあります。 関税がかかる場合がございます。関税はお客様ご負担となります。
