Please read all these terms below carefully before purchasing BTO products. Using this website is considered acceptance of these terms.

• LEXUS Takumi products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items.There may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products,
• The product images on the Dainobu-plus website may differ from the products you receive due to variations in electronic screens settings (computer/laptop/tablet/Smartphones)
• BTO products will be manufactured after receiving orders and the manifucturing time vary depending on each BTO product.Please find the manifucturing time for each product by clicking on "Get the BTO details" and checking the "Period" on the product detail pages., so it takes time to actually receive the product after it has been purchased.
